Yeah here we go again. Italy Italy Land of the Sea, sun, good wine, beautiful women - they say - and amnesties. From right to left, the song remains the same if one does not pay, evades, improperly built, well you should not worry sooner or later things will settle down - both in Italy at this sad end in only non-toxic or dangerous, never, never who escapes -.

And Nerviano, center-left government, it seems that the music does not change, in fact: there is a tower block abusive, or semi-abusive, tangentopolesco a mess, do not worry condone it - and the designer is the same time the city planning commissioner who tangentopoli! - Ie condone the change of use, but still a sports association fails to pay the due administration for years while the others? No problem get the amnesty.

JOINT NERVIANO (Province of Milan): RESOLUTION NO 29/GC OF 24/2/2009

"Considering the request on 02/20/2009, recorded at No prot 5323, by which the Association

sports USD Nervianese 1919, sect. Basketball, has applied for grant of assistance

extraordinary € 10,083.52 in order to remedy the debt situation to be against the

City of Nerviano, resulting from non-payment of charges to using the gyms

municipalities in the years 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008;

assess the situation of economic difficulties facing the group in question, resulting from the reporting of svolta negli anni 2007 e 2008, presentata con nota prot. n. 1506 del 19.01.2009;

Considerata l’attività svolta dall’Associazione meritevole di sostegno in quanto finalizzata

alla pratica dello sport, nonché alla formazione educativa e sportiva dei giovani del territorio, in

sintonia con i principi dettati dallo statuto e dal succitato regolamento comunale;

Ritenuto di accogliere tale richiesta al fine consentire all’Associazione di cui sopra di ripianare i debiti pregressi maturati fino all’anno 2008 nell’utilizzo delle palestre comunali […]”.

E gli altri? E tutte le altre associazioni sportive che hanno pagato regolarmente i dovuti contributi?

Sapete qual è poi il colmo? che la sopracitata associazione, militante in serie C quindi assolutamente meritevole di rispetto – oltre che gestita da amici con i quali collaboro attivamente –, viene pure aiutata in sede di distribuzione degli orari delle palestre, a discapito delle altre associazioni che pagano regolarmente il dovuto, dall’amministrazione stessa alle quali essa non paga le ore che usufruisce. Fantastico.

Grazie a nome di tutte le associazioni che regolarmente pagano quello che l’Amministrazione chiede – giusto o sbagliato che sia –.

Ps. Badate bene non ne faccio una colpa all’US Nervianese Basket, ognuno attua le politiche che vuole, certamente ne faccio una colpa all’attuale amministrazione. Sono e rimarrò sempre contro i condoni, chi sbaglia paga.
