Frasi cariche di ira e disprezzo, che esprimono l’orrore di un paese intero.

Certo, sono rimasto scioccato anche io dalla brutalità di Michele Misseri, tuttavia bisogna guardare oltre, soprattutto se si ha la “fortuna” di non vivere questi fatti sulla propria pelle.

Mettere in cella una persona e buttare la chiave o,ancor peggio, condannarlo alla pena capitale non è la soluzione.

La pena di morte non è una soluzione, lo aveva già detto C.Beccaria nel suo celeberrimo “Dei delitti e delle pene”, nessuna persona può arrogarsi il diritto di far vivere o morire un suo simile.

L’ergastolo è una pena inutile, rinchiudere un uomo in carcere a vita significa privarlo della propria esistenza.

Un delinquente deve essere messo nelle condizioni di non delinquere, ciò non vuol dire rinchiuderlo in una cella per il resto dei suoi giorni bensì rieducarlo e reinserirlo nella società in cui ha nuociuto.
