chestnuts ...

San Mauro di Saline è una piccola comunità dell'alta collina veronese, in whose territory it dominates the forest green brown castagno.Il, once considered the result as "poor" people mountain, is now celebrated for his genuine goodness, for its rich nutritional value and variety of recipes, food and sweet that is used by good cooks of the place.

This year the country celebrates the fortieth edition of the Chestnut Festival, a traditional event in late October.
The evenings will take place all indoor and free entry
Throughout the duration of the event will run STANDS WINE tasting of typical products and roast chestnuts.

Well ... as you may have guessed by now, always respect IBEI traditions: I have in mind a bike ride to San Rocco, San Mauro then, to capture the traditional 5kg bag of chestnuts ... obvious! One small concession to comfort ... This year I carry a backpack! Weather

says that only the brave can make it, take a look:

But we are the brave ... a couple of questions:
1) Who brings the wine?
2) Where is celebrated?
