AVETRANA: NON SOLO MICHELE E SABRINA MISSERI
Taranto 1 dicembre 2010, alle ore 08,45 presso il Tribunale di Taranto giuramento di Mirko Giangrande, l’avvocato più giovane d’Italia, 25 anni con doppia laurea.
La primina; la maturità al quarto anno; il regolare corso universitario per la laurea di Scienze Giuridiche e per la laurea di Magistrale in Giurisprudenza; l’abilitazione al primo anno di esame fanno sì che Avetrana abbia l’avvocato più giovane d’Italia.
Volontariato da educatore presso l’oratorio della parrocchia di Avetrana, e volontariato da assistente e consulente legale presso l’Associazione Contro Tutte le Mafie, con sede nazionale proprio ad Avetrana, fanno di Mirko Giangrande un esempio per tanti giovani, non solo avetranesi. Sarebbe gradita e meritoria la diffusione di tale evento, giustappunto per evidenziare una notizia positiva attinente Avetrana, in alternativa a quelle sottaciute ed alle tante negative collegate al caso di Sarah Scazzi.
L’iscrizione all’Albo degli Avvocati, compiuta a dicembre nonostante l’abilitazione presso la Corte d’Appello di Lecce sia avvenuta a settembre, alla cui domanda con allegati l’ufficio dell’Ordine di Taranto non rilascia mai ricevuta, è costata in tutto la bellezza di 650 euro tra versamenti e bolli. Ingenti spese ingiustificate a favore di caste-azienda, a cui non corrispondono degni ed utili servizi alle migliaia di iscritti. Oltretutto oneri non indifferenti per tutti i neo avvocati, che non hanno mai lavorato e hanno sopportato con sacrifici e privazioni ingenti spese per anni di studio.
Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Taranto che, come riportato dalla stampa sul caso Sarah Scazzi, apre un procedimento contro i suoi iscritti per sovraesposizione mediatica, accaparramento illecito di cliente e compravendita di atti ed interviste (Galoppa, Russo e Velletri) e nulla dice, invece, against whom, lawyers and consultants, is guilty of the same violations, but who came from afar, thinks Taranto and province is a land of conquest professional and everything will be allowed.

Cosa, questa, che nella fattispecie non è contemplata e che, come molti pensano sia fondata, configurerebbe evasione fiscale. Non varrebbe per i Consigli dell’Ordine l’esenzione prevista per le attività didattiche dall’art.10, comma 20, legge IVA, in quanto ciò è riferito solo a scuole ed ONLUS. Lo stesso dicasi per i corsi onerosi ed obbligatori di aggiornamento professionale, per i corsi di preparazione all’esame forense e per i corsi della scuola forense. Scandaloso è anche lo sfruttamento dei praticanti. Ma tant’è tutti tacciono: media ed istituzioni. Meglio sanzionare la mancata emissione di uno scontrino per un caffè al bar che perseguire tutti i Consigli Professional Associations of Italians. Mirko
